the audio program. Our physical exercises are intended to be used only when

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, or error in pricing information received from our vendors or suppliers, or for any other reason, Newrobics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  Newrobics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

 

In no event shall Newrobics be liable for any direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, consequential or other alleged damages of any kind arising from the cancellation of your order for the foregoing reasons. 

 

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Newrobics shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Any delay in doing so shall not affect Newrobics' right to refuse or cancel the order and requested sale. 

 

There is a possibility that the item(s) that you select for purchase may not be available, despite being listed on our inventory list. We will notify you as soon as possible if your selection has been sold out. In the event we do not have the item in inventory, Newrobics shall have the right to refuse or cancel the order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

 

In no event shall Newrobics be liable for any direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, consequential or other alleged damages of any kind arising from the cancellation of your order for the foregoing reasons.

Newrobics accepts payment by Visa and Master Card, and by PayPal. All payments are subject to verification and clearance prior to shipment.

 

 

Upon receipt of your order and approval of your chosen payment method, Newrobics will endeavor to ship your order as soon as possible. Unless you have selected and paid for another mode of shipping, all items will be shipped by First Class United States Postal Service domestic US ground shipping.  Orders to locations outside the United States will be charged all applicable shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated, in addition to the purchase price, you will be charged shipping and handling charges, if applicable, and tax if you reside in the state of Pennsylvania.

 

We require a physical U.S. address for all shipments. APO and FPO addresses will not be accepted. Customers with APO and FPO addresses will need to arrange for delivery to an alternate physical U.S. address and provide that address to us.

 

All sales are final. Newrobics does not accept returns or provide refunds unless you have received the product in a broken or defective condition.

 

Below are the details of our return policy. Please note that we will not issue a refund for items that are not returned within the time periods and according to the instructions stated in our return policy below.

 

If you received an item that is broken or defective, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to retruns@newrobics.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of an approval for your return, the item must then be shipped by you to the return address provided to you no later than the 15^th day after you receive that notice and address from us. Ship your package via US Priority Mail, FedEx® or UPS® no later than the 15^th day after you received the item. We suggest that you request a return receipt from your shipper for confirmation that your shipment has reached Newrobics. Please note that we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

 

Once we receive the returned item, the item will be promptly processed and undergo a quality check by our staff. Please allow up to 4 weeks for return and processing of the returned item. Any item which shows sign of wear or tear or which has been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery to you will not be accepted for return.  If our staff determines that the returned item was sent to you by us in a broken or defective condition, then a full refund of the price of the item ordered will be made.
